We live down the street from the ocean so while it is falling, it doesn't accumulate - too bad! We drove up in the hills yesterday, so much for my Canadian kids - they were not amused.

I have heard from a few friends that our snow is making international news - too funny!! It is headline news here, first snow that Wellington has seen in 40 years! Many hadn't seen it in their lifetimes and it was SO amazing to watch people stream out of their office buildings yesterday with joy filled faces - if only I had remembered my camera!
